Interest-rate is one of important macroeconomic variable. Interest-rate can be influenced by many other macroeconomic variables. At the begining of economic crises in Indonesia interest-rate was very high, about 50%. Now interest-rate is about 10%. This research is to describe interest-rate trend in Indonesia during ten years after crises, and to eximine significancy of influences of some macroeconomic indicator, such as inflation, money supply, stock price index, and exchange rate.
