Isi artikelThe cultural change is critical to the organization’s transformation, but in most cases cultural transformation is not an easy job. An organization needs a reorientation, restructured and revitalization of its culture in order to be efficient and competitive. In today hypercompetitive era, companies have to become teaching organizations in which leaders create other leaders and the best leaders are the best teachers. If the organization recognizes the importance of changing its culture, and takes an active approach that includes mobilizing its leadership, transforming work processes and aligning the full range of new people strategies with its desire culture, successful change can be realized.
