This research aims to identify and analyze: (1) technical efficiency rate, (2) returns to scale, and (3) income distribution among production factors in forestry products industry in indonesia. In this research, the forestry products we focused only the sawmill and wood processing industries (ISJC 33/1 1)/(KLUI 2010/) and plywood industry (ISIC 331 13)/(KLUI 2021/). Cobb-Douglas production function model was applied in this research. The study has provided several findings. Based on the technical efficiency parameter, the result shows that the plywood industry (IS/C 33 / 13) has a significant higher technical efficiency rate than the sawmill and wood processing industries (IS/C 3311/). In terms of returns to scale, the sawmill and wood processing industries (IS/C 33111) are in the increasing returns to scale stage, but the plywood industry (IS/C 33113) is in the decreasing return to scale stage. Base on the income distribution, the income portion received by labor is relatively higher than income portion for the owner in the sawmill and wood processing (IS/C 33 / 11). On the contrary, the income portion for labor is lower than the one for the owner in the plywood industry.
