Criminal Investigation process is started from reporting that there are happened a criminal action and finished on punishment. The whole process are reportation, investigation, prosecution, judging and decision. Prosecution level usually uses litigation letter. There are four kinds of litigation letter : which contains single claim, plural claims, subsidiary claims, and calculated claims. Criminal process code article 143 decided that litigation letter must has been explained crime that is accused and where and when the crime happened accurately. It is show to us that making litigation letter was closely related with the crime happened. There are many kinds of crime happened. One of thems is affiliation crimes that have three form : affiliation crimes of one action, of plural actions, and of actions connectedly. Litigation letter that suitable to prosecute affiliation crimes is known as connect between the character of using every kinds of litigation letter with the character of every kinds of affiliation crimes.
