Gede-Pangrango volcano in West Java, is active in status. To prevent the death of human life surroundings the volcano, mitigations system is need. Analysis of eruption hazard susceptibility zonation support this system. Landsat-ETM+ (2001) and MOS-MESSR (1991) supported by topographic map (1:25.000) and Geologic map (1:100.000) was used to identify landform and land cover. Identification of landform by geomorphologic approach showed that this area was divided into 8 landforms such as active crater, non active crater, caldera, volcanic cones, baranco, hills, dome volcanic, and volcanic foot slopes. Those 8 lanndforms divided into very susceptible areas (active crater, non active crater, and caldera), susceptible area (volcanic cones and baranco), and unsusceptible areas (hills, dome volcanic, and volcanic foot slopes). The result of land cover change analysis showed the increase on outcrops (63 Ha) and crates (10 Ha), while forest area decreased to 19.830 ha and changing into estates (11.566 Ha), unland crops (6704 Ha), bare land (3455 Ha), rice fields (448 Ha) and others namely outcrops, water bodies, crater, and grass (147 Ha).
