The objective of the study was to analyze the researcher perception on new information and accessibility at the IT Service at LAPAN. Data were compiled through questionnaires using random sampling of LAPAN researchers of all strata of education and analyzed by non-parametric descriptive tests. The study concluded that LAPAN researchers 1) did not agree that LAPAN had the latest information and 2) had no problems in accessing LAPAN information.
