Abortion is the most prominent from several social phenomena recently. The history shown us that abortion was closely related with human culture. Ironicaly human culture have the knowledge that to have an abortion not allowed by all religions. In the big cities abortion was done by drinking medicine prepared from various roots and leaves, etc. According to the law, abortion is to take away humans life unlawfully. There have been two categories about it : (1) abortus spontaneous; and (2) abortus provocatus criminalis. According to amount quantity of the actor, abortion can involve many people. People respectively can have capacity as a people who did abortus provocatus criminalis all together, and as a people who force others to do abortus provocatus criminalis.
