Someone who dissapeared from his community involuntarily indicates the bad law structure, unfair court and violation of human right. Many involuntary dissappearance cases occured in militaristic oppresive countries, such as Latin America, ASEAN, and South Asia. To minimize the occurences of involuntary disappearance, peole have to (1) encourage the good law practices and just court; (2) support the victims of human right violation; (3) participate actively in improving people's appreciation and awareness of human rights.
