The phenomenon of global village has consequencies that in the sociological perpective, there is no big differences between urban and rural. Under these reasons, empowering rural society is the first step to build the autonomous region. In the other hand, these efforts can impact on the raising mass anarkhism, primordialism and rationalization of economic resources.
