Abstract
Health is an important thing for every one, so they should be care of their health. When we get sick and need to be cared at the hospital, we need to choose which hospital will care us. According to many hospitals exist in Jakarta, like public and private hospitals, and in order to avoid being disapointed, we have to consider some criteria such as doctors, nurses, administration and the patient's room in choosing the hospital. Even though already considered the criteria, in fact we never satisfied toward the service provided by the hospital
