One of them, JJ3 cDNA clones has been successfully elongated become full-length mRNA fragment by using RACE PCR technique. Confirmation of the obtained fragment was conducted by direct sequence the dideoxy nucleotide chain termination using oligonucleotide primers and fluorescent dye terminators. The result indicates that the mRNA fragment of JJ3 has around 800 base pair. Homology searching analysis shows that JJ3 cDNA clones was strongly related to psaD gene which is encode the photosystem I reaction center of Arabidopsis thaliana, N sylvestris, Oryza sativa, Solanum tuberosum, Hordeum vulgare and spinach.
