Readiness to change is the crucial aspect which placed affection and cognition’s employee. Readiness to change will only be set up if all of the employees had thee perception about increasing a sense or urgency. The successful of change management had only been established if organization had blent with organizational systems’, parallel with employee’s readiness to change. Middle manager has a unique role as a significant sub-system in organization. Middle manager had double role; they are a leader of their subordinate, and also they are a subordinate from their top management. This double unique role will placed them as an effective change agent. Change agent’s strategic role of middle manager; as a motivator, as a facilitator and also as a supervisor, allign with the change management process which placed them as a communicator toward organization linkage. Using workshop program, this organization strategic agenda will set up prior with an experiential learning which encompass middle manager with their genuine and reflection time sharing due to the andragogy type of learning. Appreciative inquiry methods will booster its in accordance with their positive characteristic in change management process, which will enforce by the readiness to change of middle manager as a change agent.
