The objective of the research is to determine the relationship between work ethos, immigration experiences, and an organizational climate with professional services of immigration officers. The research was conducted at Soekarno-Hatta International Airport, with 111 immigration officers randomly selected. The finding of research is that there is a positive correlation between: (1) work ethos and professional services of immigration officers, (2) immigration experiences and professional services of immigration officers, (3)an organizational climate and professional services of immigration officers, (4) work ethos, immigration experiences, and an organizational climate with professional services of immigration officers. Based on the result of the research,the professional services of immigration officers could be enhanced by improving work ethos, strengthening immigration experiences, and enhancing conductive organizational climate.
