This study aims at investigating the correlation between the correlation of the SMA students’ cohesive devices achievement and their reading comprehension achievement. The sample of this study comprised 57 students of a private Senior High School in Surabaya. Two sets of instruments were used to collect the data: cohesive devices achievement test and reading comperehension test. The study revealed that there was a positive correlation between the students’ cohesive devices achiement and their reading comprehension achiement.
