Although juvenile nasopharyngeal angiofibroma (JNA) is a rare and benign tumour, but clinical manifestations of JNA can be life threatening. Furthermore, early diagnosis and treatment of JNA is needed to prevent further effect of JNA. History of illness, physical examination, and imaging studies are critical to ascertain diagnosis of JNA. Preoperative embolization, ligation of artery, and hypotensive technique in general anasthesia are important to prevent excessice bleeding caused by operation.
