Oxyuriasis is an infection of human intestinal tract that caused by oxyuris vermicularis worms, this disease is especially detectable on children between the age 5 - 14 years old and easily disseminate on children live in solid resident environment. This research aim to find out the risk factors of Oxyuriasis included age, bath habits, wash hand, change clothes and bed cover, nail cuts habits, home cleanng habits and it occurrence to child which live in reformatory using anal swab and questionnaire. This analytical research approach to cross sectional study. The sample 85 children, at age 5-14 years old from Amanah, As-Shahwah and Sri Munijab Reformatory of Pekanbaru. From 85 sample checked, the resultance 13 children (15,3% infected by oxyuris vermicularis worms, 31% uccurence on child between 5 - 9 years old, 100% to child not always take a bath, 37% to child not regularly wash hand, 35% to child not regularly home cleaning. Based on statistical measurement there are significant differences with low correction between age (p 0,001), bath habits (p 0,018), wash hand (p 0,003), change clothes and bed cover (p 0,001), home cleaning habits (p 0,02) with Oxyuriasis incidents.
