One of the efforrts to increase the staff or emplyees' performance both in manufacturing and services companies is through improving the quality ofwor life (QWL). This QWL is considered vital concerning such as lob satisfaction, motivation, involvement and committment to the work place. This study attempts to analize the simumultaneous and partial effect of Quality of Work Life consist of Supervision, Working Condition, Compensation, Working Design and Technical Training on the Employee Performance of Technical Unit Service for Wood Industry in Pasuruan. This study uses the Sample of Technical Unit Service for Wood industry in Pasuruan which is based on Probability Sampling Method. The data were estimated using Mlltiple Linear Regression Model. The empirical result of study shosw that the Quality of Work Life consisting of Supervision, Working Design, Compensation, Working Condition and Technical Trainin. Both Simultaneously (F-test) and Partially (t-test) influences the employee Performance. Partially, using (t-test) it shows that Technical Training is the Dominant Variable on the Employee Performance of Technical Unit Service for Wood industry in Pasuruan
