Many things have been caused by the accident of transportations. A part of them is tort by driver, which adverses the action and can causes damage to other people. Responsibility and control from the owner are needed in this case. The transport company needs human resources who can not only operate the vehicle but also must have a good requirement in order to reduce the accident rate caused by human errors.
