Having been engaged in the ASEAN Free Trade since 2003 and going to be so in the Asia and Pacific Free Trade in 2020, Indonesians are facing up a challenge to improve themselves, especially their abilities of achieving success and cooperating wth others. The recent asolescents shall become the main agents of those free trades. Thus, they have to internalize such abilities, as affiliation and achievement.
