The researchesof immunocontraception have done to find a substance, which was increase alternative methode of contraception. It takes in the ZP3 of several species, but have not been done in ZP3 of goat. In our preleminary study, we known that proteinof gZP3 was fertilization receptor of goat. It protein was effecteve and reersible as an animal mode. The aim of the study was to determine to possibility recognizing og gZP3 protein as an antiigen to ward serum of fertile woman by using Elisa and Dot blotting analysis. The result showed that gZP3 protein could recognized autoantobody of fertile woman in Elisa and dot blotting analysis. It could be concluded that gZP3 was prospective in futher research to find immunocontraceptive substance for women.
