The objective of this research is to study two factors that influence profitability and liquidity of stock. The two factors are operating cash flow and earnings. This research focused on food and beverage industry, especially 4 companies that be object of this research. This research has two dependent variables (Y) and two independent variables (X). The variables are: profitability (Y1), liquidity (Y2), operating cash flow (X1), and earnings (X2). The result of this research is mean mount profitability and liquidity five day before date of announcement and five day after the date announcement of operating cash flow and earnings bigger after announcement than five day before announcement. Operating cash flow and earning less have an effect to profitability and liquidity.
