In this experiment, the sampling technique used is Aerosol Filtration Technique by using amberlite XAD-7 and Florisil as the adsorbent. By doing this experiment the writer aims at finding out whether there is any possibility of PAH absorbing from the diesel gas emission. Samples were taken from the rates of gas flow at 30, 45, and 60 per minute and the duratIon was 50 minutes and the temperature was between 20 50°C. After the process, the concentration of PAH absorbed from the gas emission was measured by using Gas Chromatography. The experiment showed that the XAD -7 absorbent (79 mg/kg adsorbent) was higher than the florisil (4 mg/kg adsorbent).
