Agroindustry of essential oil is enterprices that use materials of essential plant to produce essential oil. Essential oil is used for row or support material to industries parfume, pharmacy, chemical, food, and cosmetics. Indonesia have big potensial to development. Development of this indus fries will be improve the reveneu of stakeholders and devisa. The decision process which involves many parties with different preferences and interested need system approach. One of methode can used is lnterpretatif Structural Modelling. This metodology are identified elemen, construct pairwise comparatlon matrix, structural self interaction matrix (SSIM), tabelling reachability matrix (RM) and selection of level partition. Analysis outcome of this research show that development of essential oil agroindustries need sistem institution with model network sfruct ure to make more efectiveness using resources.
