The personal car (PC) radial tire is keenly needed for safety, limited accelaration, and convenient used. Polyster is often used for composite material in producing the radial tire, because it will strengthen the tire and its charracteristics is relatively more resistant toward the heat, high moduslus value, low elongation, good dimensional stability, low absorption, low shrinkage, and wear. The process of producing the PC radial tire are by dipping dan hot stretching the material. The first process is impregnating the grey fabric to RFL formula (Resorcinol Formaldehide Latex) to make the fabric and the tire more adhesive. The second step is heating and stretching the grey fabric stabilize the strength of the radial tire.
