Manufacturing of high copper content amalgam alloy for dental restorations and influence of Hg content to its hardness value.In the alloying treatment with Hg is used single particle Ag alloy metal powder (325 mesh). Its compositon is 16.9% Sn 19.5%Cu-0.2%Zn.By various Hg content in the range from 51% to 60% affect to their hardness of amalgam alloys high Cu content.Maximum hardness is obtained in Hg content in the range from 51% to 55%. It increasing of their hardness due to appearing of n' and Ag-Cu phases in the Y1 matrix.
