The degenerative process is universal and it happens to every creature. This process can be explained through several theories, such as genetic, free radical, mitokondria, membrane, immunity system, however, each theory will explain more clearly from the different point of view, such as decreasing and damaging the things mentioned above. The process will cause the generative illness. such generative process can be obstructedby the balance and maximum nutrition intake, such as vitamines, mineral selenium, zinc, amino acids, and acetil-L carniti supplement.
