All of the isolates were identified through Gram staining and catalase reaction, the results performed they are PPFM bacteria. PCR (Polymerase Chain Reaction) amplification of genomic DNA using specific primer for mxaF gene continued with DNA sequencing for isolate Kn showed 98% similarity with uncultured Methylotrophic, while for isolate Poh A7 showed 89% similarity with Methlophylus metrhylotrophus.
