Indonesia has introduced three forms (groups) ol its business activities form, namely a private form, a public torm, and a cooperative form (BUMS, BUMN, and BUMK). The cooperative form has many forms, such as the kopdit (KKU), kopsum, kopkar, koptan and kopnel. The kopdit has a center organized in Canada, called WOCCU. There are many countries in the world are the member of the WOCCU. The business level of the WOCCU are koperasi kredit union (KKU), BK3D, BK31, and WOCCU. This research tries to form a new model of surplus (SHU) distribution in the KKU in Indonesia, especially in Daerah Khusus Ibu Kota Jakarta. By doing some interviews to the some of the KKUs direc¬tors and collecting some national cooperative's principles and guides, including the national law and rules ol cooperative, the researcher has prepared a new formulation of the KKUs SHU distribution in Daerah Khusus Ibu Kota. The result is SHU kop = 15% cd + 50% Ja+10%Pr + 2% Sos + 5% Pd + 2% Wkr + 2%Pkn + 2%Ja + 5% Bgn + 5% Rat. It is hoped that the result can be used in the KKUs operation in Indonesia in the future.
