This study is about the hypoglycaemic effect of the fractions of leucaena leucocephala seeds extracted with methanol on the alloxane induced mice. The mice were grouped into five treatment groups each consisting of six mice. Having been induced with 90mg/kg body-weight alloxane, the diabetic mice in group one were only provided with distilled water (the negative control).
