Isi artikelWhen the topic of sexual harassment is addressed, people typically think of an office setting where a boss is requesting sexual favors from an employee in return for special treatment at work or as a condition of working. People do not think of home health care, where individuals are in the office for minimal amounts of time and contact with coworkers can be sporadic, as a setting for sexual harassment. However, sexual harassment can happen in any field, including home health care, and agencies need to create and strictly implement policies and procedures to avoid liability for sexual harassment.
