The United States is a country of many races and cultures, and an increasing number of new immigrants and persons of color are seeking health care. Caring for clients fromdiverse linguistic and cultural backgrounds can present challenges for home health care providers. Unfortunately, many health care professionals feel they do not have clear guidance on how to prepare for or respond to these situations.
