Have you ever felt the weight of the evaluation process upon your shoulders? Have you ever felt the stress of the unknown when being evaluated by your employer? This approach addresses both of these feelings and recognizes that efficient and quality performance appraisals are an important part of an organization’s processes and operations. It becomes increasingly difficult to write accurate and timely evaluations. This article provides a model for an interactive evaluation process that encompasses peer evaluation, self-evaluation, management evaluation, and collaboration. Decrease the stress for the evaluator and the employee being evaluated with this simple, direct, and encompassing approach to the evaluation process in which everyone wins.
