It was a quick trip to Kentucky. I was asked by a friend to make a presentation to his company’s user-group meeting. As I write this from the Louisville airport, waiting with my “B” pass to board a Southwest flight to Baltimore, I find myself reflecting on the software industry’s notion of “users grouping together to hold a meeting.”
