In any work setting, frustrations can arise from the lack of needed services or resources. Sometimes, the reason for a particular service not being available is the fact that the organization does not employ someone with those particular skills. The organization may not be able to find such an individual or may not afford to employ that person full-time. Such a situation can be a cue for an entrepreneurial opportunity. These opportunities may relate to innovative aspects of clinical care, education, research, or technology.
