The issue editor for this issue is Karen Martin. Karen started her health care career with a diploma from the Methodist Hospital School of Nursing, Peoria, Illinois, and continued her education at the University of Iowa College of Nursing where she obtained a bachelor of science in nursing. In addition, Karen holds a master’s of science degree in nursing from the University of Nebraska Medical Center College of Nursing, Omaha, Nebraska.
