A clear violent action inside the household (VAIH) is a classical problem, which is always occuring uninterruptedly from time to time. This pthblem seems diffIcult to overcome even though it has become i serious social problem but It has less noticed by public. It Is caused that VAIH has relatively small scope; It happens as household aiffairs that became usual. However they are convinced about something the husband has been hitting In his wife being a natural because the husband is the head of household, andihe incident happened inside a legal framework of marriage at home. The violence toward woman inside the household in indonesia is a worrying phenomenon. The violence related to physical, paychological, sexual and neglecting the family occurs continually so that it requires law to prevent the violence happening inside the household.
