shad: Langei-hails cellhistiocytoslSWh-icnwas lonnerly knawn as hIStiOcytOSIS- X IS a dIsease wIth atmonna proliferation process and mononuclear fagocyte cell infiltration. The incidence of this disease is very rare. This is a case of 4 years old girl with lumps on neck belaw ear (right and left side). The lumps are painless, hard and fixed. Radiology examination shawed multiple lesion on skull, tibia and neck of the femur, enlargement £!. mediastinum and right hilar gland and also shawed infiltrate on both lung. She was diagnosed with histiocytosis-X langerhans according to histopathology result. Cytostatic treatment (prednisone 40 g/m2for4 weeks, vicristine 1.5 mg/m2 and cytosine arabinose 100 mg/m2) were administered according to treatment guidelines for histiocytosis. There were no side effects and morbidity during follaw up.
