Walking is physical activity that is mostly done during hajj ritual, these physical activities are required to be done in order to complete pilgrim program. Tawaf means walking around ka'bah until seven turn over, Sai is walking and slow runningfrom Safa Hill until Marwah hill as long as .:t 400 meters. Throwing jumrotul aqabah, ula and wustha is located as far as 5 Kilometers. Walking activity is influenced by foot stability to get weight and influenced by shape of the leg, ligament stability and muscle power contraction that influenced by muscle defence and cardiovascular. To get increase muscle endurance and cardiovascular endurance, we need physical practice at least about 3 month before hajj activity. After doing slow continues exercise method, we expected endurance time will increase with maximal capacity heart rate until 70% .1fwe use medial arch support orthotic for flat foot on screaning (pes planus) plus slow continues exercise can get 60 - 70% from heart rate maximal with no fatique. The increase endurance program before hajj is very importan t and helpful for hajj to do the activity. The correct use of medial arch support wich is ergonomic to the foot during throwing jumroh and walking, could prevent hajj from fatique as well as providing foot stability while walking.
