Adolescence is related with dramatic physical, sexual, intellectual and emotional changes. These changes are not accompanied with psychosexual and psychosocial development. Gap between physical, sexual, intellectual, emotional changes and psychosexual- psychosocial development gives emotional stress to every adolescent. Adolescents are also easily injluellced by their negative social environment. The aim of this study is to evaluate the knowledge and attitude improvement about women health reproductive issues on 15 - 18 year old adolescents after the training. Method: Research design is before and after quasi experimental with purposive sampling method. The knowledge and attitude before and after training are measured by questionnaire. Results: Respondents are taught with interactive learning which combines the method of lecturing and discussion. There is significant improvement of knowledge in each question asked before the training, the smallest knowledge score is 27 while the biggest is 67 with the average score is 44,72. After the training, the smallest knowledge score is 31 while the biggest is 75 with the average score is 52,56. Conclusion: There is significant improvement of knowledge before and after training with the method of interactive learning. There should be further research how long the respondents will retain the knowledge.
