How big is the influence of corporate governance on corporate performance ? Does good corporate governance result in better corporate performance and profit improvement as well ? Are there any proven evidence supporting statement if corporate management run the business according to standard value of good governance then the corporate performance will be better and be more profitable ? This question reminds us to make any analogism that success on the implementation of corporate governance in an organization will be as success as of that in other organization. It is hard ot believe that one framework of corporate governance successes in an organization will success in all organizations as taken for granted. The success of corporate governance in an organization basically very much depends on external and internal factor of organization ultimately on the profesionalism of managements at all levels in running their business.
