In responding to the question ‘What can feminist analyses contribute to the field of human resource development?’, this article focuses on three areas of management learning. These are debates in relation to: gendered learning styles and ways of knowing; accessing and participating in learning; and the pedagogies of the human resource professional. The article outlines relevant research agendas and researchable questions in each of these fields.
