Informed consent has been accepted as an ethical protocol in the field of medicine and scientific researches. This article suggests that this protocol can be used in the field fo engineering. Especially, we can bring this protocol in our discussion concerning road safety. All road users should adhore the rule, when they are on the road. According to ths principle, safety is the result of the consent to adhore the rule by all the road users, based on the informations that are given to them.
