Fiduciary is the form of contract of debt agreement, which is followed by guarantee, to help debtor to overcome his financial complication by having a financial debt from creditor but the security objects are still in the debtor.In this case, the creditor only has the document of ownership as the guarantee.Cause of the object of patent still at debtor hand, then it could provide the the chance or oppottunity to conduct nothing in integrity or hard of honestly to product something action or collide with something sush as using the patent of someone's vehicle that he kept as guarantee whereas the owner did not know this transaction at all.The problems will remerge if the debtor achieve this performance so that he used the patent as a guerantee of his debt that it must be seizure therefore the owner has also been get involved in his problem.
