Isi artikel
These lines are taken from Woody Allen’s film, Sleeper. Health food store manager Miles Monroe wakes up 200 years after being cryogenically frozen in 1973, only to find a world where nearly every fragment of the past has been destroyed by a catastrophic war. To the surprise of his doctors the first thing he asks for is a breakfast of wheat germ, organic honey and ‘tiger’s milk’. Their knowledge of the past may have been all but wiped out but at least they now knew that eating saturated fats and smoking tobacco promoted a long and healthy life.
