Comunication in education is necessarily needed to make learning effectif There are 5 components in communication such as source, message, channel, receiver, and effect (influence). The process of communication concists of sender; encoding, message, media ,decoding, feed back, dan noise. In the learning process, where human beings act as a communicator and a communican, will cover communication as well as psychological components (biological and sosiopsychologycal factors). The learning process dealing with the information process will include conveying information from sensoiy storage to the short term memory and long term memory Inter personal communication is a communication between individual person which include sensation, perception memory and thinking. There are several methods used in the learning process such as ,creative learning. meaningful learning, modul sistem for individual learning, metacognitif strategy and affective.
