Traditional/complementary alternative medicines (T/CAM) become more popular. Many doctors are involved as T/CAM practitioners. Medical faculties have an important role to develop an educational program and research in T/CAM. Medical students need to know basic concept, effectiveness, and safety about T/CAM. The financing of T/CAM is considered necessary to be evaluated economically for comparison between costs and therapeutic effectiveness. For national health system could be done by an integrative system, therefore the quality of health care can be increased. There is some integrative model that can be adopted from another country for an example and applied here by it is own situation.
