In the years of 2003, 2004 and 2005 sequent!)’, three newspapers present about drought evidence, within the irrigation activity during dry season. As the newspaper says, the most primary solution is to raise water by pumping in order to overcome the drought. The pumping water activity can be handled either by central or local government. Based on the Act of 2004 No. 7 about Water Resources, the activity can be efforted by group or individual employee. This paper analysis about services of pumping activity financial which efforted by individual employee at Bangkir of Cinianuk River and Ranzbatan Canal in lndramayu. There are 8 diesel pump to serve 400 hectare of irrigated area within 3,5 months for the short mature padi variety. The owner spent about Rp 250 million for the whole operation, start at land preparation up to harvesting level. The financial analysis result which can operate I diesel pump, for 1 hectare sawah within 1 day are in between Rp 537,50 - 614,29 /pump/ha/day.
