Matthew's gospel(matt.) has often been considered a (best-sellers) for missionaries because of its rather elaborate and well written end, the so-called (great commission). interpreted without reference to its literary context with in the whole of matt., the passage 28: 16-20 can lead to an aggressive and exclusivist understanding of mission.
