Isi artikel
It is useful first to define what is meant by the word "evangelical". There are at least three ways in which the term is used. The first is to define a set of core convictions about the gospel that are a hallmark of the church from its earliest theological formulas. One can speak of a commonality of faith, in which case the evangelical movement as a whole can be traced back to the earliest Christian Communities.
