This paper represents the independent analysis about problem which deal with Governmental policy in the form of Liquidities Assistant by Indonesia Bank (BLBI) to the Indonesia Banking Systems during the Monetary Crisis that happened since 1997 from the perspective of economics, finance and law. BLBI channeled as Governmental step to overcome the financial and economic crisis as action to save the national economy. But this policy generated societal attention and generated the problems which has not been completely finished presently. The evaluation began with the cause of the crisis that is downward value of some currency in South East Asia in 1997 and economic policy liberalization around 1983 up to 1988 in the form of"Pakto 88" continued with the analysis on unctions of Central Bank as a means of monetary sector controller, in the normal and also crisis condition and also BLBI with all its negative and also positive impact. Then continued with the real sector condition evaluation with the existence of BLBI until law action performed within the effort to overcome the deviation to BLBI.
